Gramin Bank has invited online applications from Indian Citizens, for
recruitment to the post of Officer in Junior Management (Scale-I) Cadre
and office Assistant (Multipurpose), who have appeared at the Common Written Examination for RRBs conducted by IBPS in September 2012 and declared qualified. Eligible candidates who wish to apply for this job, may apply online

- Officer Scale-I : 57 posts
- Officer Assistant (Multipurpose) : 112 posts
Pay scale :
- Officer Scale-I : Rs.14500-25700/-
- Office Assistants : Rs.7200-19300/-
[Medical Aid,
LTC, Gratuity, etc., will be admissible as per the rule of the Bank. At
present the total starting emoluments of Officer Scale-I Rs.27078.50
and Office Assistant Rs.14980.00 per month (including DA, HRA at
prevailing rate).]
Probation Period :
- Officer Scale-I : 2 years
- Office Assistants : 1 year
Eligibility Criteria :
All Educational qualifications should be from a recognised university/ Board
Office Assistant : Bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent. Essential: Proficiency in local language.
Officer Scale-I :Bachelor degree of a recognised University in any discipline or its equivalent. Proficiency in local language.
Language Proficiency * -
Candidates are required to possess proficiency in the Official Language
of the State/UT in which RRB is located and must have passed “ local
language” as one of the subjects at Matriculation/Xth Standard.
Age limit ( As on 01.06.2012) :
- For Officer Scale-I : Above 18 years & Below 28 years
- For Officer Assistants : Between 18 years and 28 years
Age relaxation will be as per rule.

- Officer (Scale -I) : Rs.20/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates & Rs.100/- for all others
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose) : Rs. 20/- for SC/ST/PWD/EXSM candidates & – Rs.100/- for all others.
Payment of Fee: Requisite Application Fee may be paid through CBS at any of the Branches of BIHAR
GRAMIN BANK, by means of a Payment challan available in the Bank’s website OR by means of NEFT from Branches of Other Banks. Fill in the Fee Payment Challan in a clear and legible handwriting in BLOCK LETTERS. Candidates can pay application fee in any of the branches of the BIHAR GRAMIN BANK OR by NEFT from any Bank’s Branch to CBS A/C NO. 38010210000356 & IFC Code No UCBA0RRBBKG (where 0 is zero). Go to the nearest BIHAR GRAMIN BANK Branch with the Fee payment Challan and pay, in Cash, the appropriate Application Fee in CBS Account No. 38010210000356.
